Master Planner

Location: Paris

As a Master Planner, you will ensure efficient production scheduling to meet customer requirements and optimize resource use. Your role is key to achieving production targets and ensuring timely delivery.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Develop and adjust the master production schedule based on capacity, material availability, and demand changes.
• Analyze production capacity, identify bottlenecks, and work with departments to improve capacity.
• Ensure material availability through close coordination with Purchasing and Warehouse Management.
• Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders as necessary.
• Use KPIs to monitor production performance and implement efficiency improvements.
• Identify production risks and develop countermeasures and emergency plans.
• Collaborate with Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Quality Assurance to align plans and communicate changes.

What is required:

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in production planning or control.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, production control, and capacity planning.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Fluency in English and French
