In order to make a referral, all you need to do is email a link of our website to a fellow business and include us in the email (info@adaptivebusinessgroup.com).

There is no limit to how many persons you can refer – the more people you introduce, the more rewards you can earn.*

What is the referral system, how does it work, and who can participate?
Adaptive Business Group will offer a 10% discount on all placements to every existing client who successfully refers a new client. If you know a company that could benefit from our recruitment services, feel free to refer them. If the referred company signs our terms of business, you will receive a 10% discount on all placements for roles submitted by your company within the following 6 months (183 days).
Everyone is eligible to participate in the referral program, except for employees of Adaptive Business Group.

How can I make a referral?
All you have to do is email us and introduce an employee of Adaptive Business Group to the referred company. There is no limit to how many companies you can refer – the more companies you introduce, the more discounts you can earn.

Conditions of use / Rules for Discounts:

An existing client is defined as a company which Adaptive Business Group have signed terms with, had a role submitted by or received payment of an invoice from, within the previous 12 months,
The 10% discount will not apply to placements where an existing discount on the fees for a submitted role or placement has been agreed.
Referrals must be made via an email introduction of an employee of Adaptive Business Group to the referred company.
There is no limit on the number of companies that an existing client can refer to us as new clients. However, additional successful referrals within the same time period do not run concurrently and instead run consecutively from the end of the existing 6-month period.
It is at the discretion of Adaptive Business Group if a referred company is accepted as a new client.
The referred company must sign our terms of business.
The discount is only valid for placements made within the 6-month period following the referred company signing the terms of business.
Adaptive Business Group maintains the right to substitute a comparable discount at any moment.
Referrals must come from a personal contact of yours who has accepted to be recommended and have their personal/contact information shared with you. - You must be able to show verification of consent from the individual you’ve introduced.
The referral is only valid for companies that have not yet engaged with Adaptive Business Group or with whom we have not been in contact in the past 12 months.
If you receive a discount from Adaptive Business Group, you are responsible for declaring these discounts, including being solely responsible for paying any applicable tax, as a result of any referral discounts.
In the event of a disagreement between you and Adaptive Business Group, the decision of Adaptive Business Group shall be final.
