How Will We Judge The Winners?

Survey responses will be anonymised and evaluated by a panel of independent HR experts, each with over 10 years of experience. These experts will score the surveys based on predefined criteria.

Once reviewed, we’ll tally the scores and announce the companies that truly stand out as the Top Employers in MedTech for Benefits, Training and Well-Being, Employee Retention, Career Progression and one Overall Winner!
